We continue to grow and dominate the light commercial vehicle market with depots in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, and Galway.Our expanding network of branches and sizeable fleet enable us to deliver vehicles to customers faster than any other light commercial vehicle supplier, while minimizing downtime to keep vehicles on the road longer. Our fleet includes light commercial vehicles from leading manufacturers such as Mercedes Benz, Ford, Opel, Renault, Volkswagen, and Peugeot.Due to our growth, we have a full-time vacancy within our Bodyshop team in our Dublin branch.This role is ideal for someone with similar experience from a previous role.Role OverviewResponsible for processing all damages (in life & end of life) requiring Bodyshop assessment & repair, ensuring vehicle downtime aligns with KPIs, and maintaining no more than 2% of the Dublin fleet in Bodyshop at any time.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesTake additional images of damaged vehicles as needed for damage packs.Upload damage packs (files/images) to shared drives/damage fleet.Perform quality checks on vehicles returning from repairs.Notify the Workshop Manager of QC outcomes for repair approval or failure.Manage and monitor vehicles in Bodyshop.Manage damage packs to meet documentation requests.Act as a point of contact for Service Department and other departments for queries/support.Provide training support to satellite branches as needed.Liaise with Asset Department regarding vehicle collection/movements, advising if vehicles are driveable or require recovery.Ensure job cards are raised promptly for all events and keep CAP updated.Update internal and external customers on repair progress.Handle communications via email and letters.Maintain daily communication with external Bodyshops.Conduct weekly and monthly fleet audit reporting.Maintain filing systems.This list is not exhaustive; flexibility is required.Person Specification - Education, Qualifications, and TrainingLeaving Certificate including Maths & English or equivalent.Basic knowledge of vehicle panels and maintenance.Experience in a Bodyshop at any capacity.Proven customer service skills and relationship building.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work under pressure with a strong work ethic.IT literacy; proficient in Microsoft Office.Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.Enthusiastic with a positive attitude.Team player and adaptable to change.Experience in vehicle rental or motor industry preferred.Body shop, warranty, or workshop experience desirable.May suit an apprentice mechanic/panel beater interested in an administrative role.What we offerCompetitive salary of €30,000 DOE per annum pro-rata, plus:23 days holidays + a day for your birthday, pro-rata.
