Job Title: Tar/Concrete Plant Operative

Key Responsibilities:
* To operate Tar and Concrete Plants in accordance with established procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and production targets.
* To carry out routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
* Liaise with production operations teams to coordinate the supply of raw materials, monitor stock levels, and optimize inventory management practices.
