Job Title: Senior Construction Project Coordinator
Your new role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery within agreed timelines.
* Developing detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and cost management.
* Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Managing project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and client communications.
Requirements:
* Strong background in project management within the construction industry.
* Proven experience managing fit-out projects across commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Relevant site certifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, or equivalent.
