Lead Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Specialist to lead a team of engineers and oversee all technical delivery in our Limerick office.

This is a senior role for a proven technical expert who enjoys leading people as much as delivering high-quality automation projects. You will be responsible for managing a team of 45 automation, electrical, and mechatronic engineers, acting as the technical authority for all automation and system integration projects, designing, documenting, programming, and delivering PLC/HMI/SCADA systems.

You will also review and approve technical work to ensure compliance with industry standards, quality,& consistency. Coordinate with project managers, procurement& site teams to deliver on time & within budget. Engage directly with clients to resolve complex issues
and develop lasting relationships.
