Senior Employment Lawyer
We are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder-management skills, deep knowledge of Irish employment law, and experience advising across other European jurisdictions.
About the Role
* Provide expert advice on employment-related matters including recruitment, hiring, restrictive covenants, training, performance management, terminations, and health & safety.
* Advise on compliance with Irish employment law and relevant European regimes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior employment lawyer to gain meaningful insight into our business while providing practical strategic advice on a wide range of employment issues. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external advisors as a trusted partner to senior leaders across the business.
