The house is mid-terrace, dating from the 1990s, and there are a few stubborn patches where the paper has bubbled. I’d prefer a tidy job with minimal damage to plaster and a clear plan for surface smoothing, filler, and primer after removal. If you have a wallpaper steamer or appropriate tools, please mention it. Access is via a standard front door and there’s enough space to work safely indoors.
