Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet clients professionally and provide exceptional customer service skills.
* Prepare briefs and assist with other tasks as required, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
* Filing, archiving, photocopying, faxing, and scanning of documents while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols.
* Diary management and booking of meeting rooms, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date client contact information is maintained.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to firm's protocols.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a secretarial or office administration role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
