* Deliver exceptional service from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
* Maintain accurate client and lead information in CRM systems.
* Stay up-to-date on product offerings, pricing, and sales collateral.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide timely quotations.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights regularly to management.
* Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Engineers, and Branch staff to drive project success across regions.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the construction or civil engineering sectors.
* Results-driven with a solid track record of meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.
* Effective communicator with strong rapport-building skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
* Full driving license (clean preferred).
* Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
* Self-motivated with excellent planning and time-management abilities.
