Electrical Quantity Surveyor Mid-Level Location: Cork, Ireland Experience Level: 35 years We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Electrical Quantity Surveyor for our clients data centre and commercial projects based inCork. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor working on high-profile developments. Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates and budgets for electrical works. Monitor and control project costs for financial efficiency. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Handle progress valuations, variations, and final accounts. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulations. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related. 35 years experience in Electrical QS, preferably on data centres or pharma projects. Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of electrical contracts. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Must be currently based in Ireland or the UK and eligible to work in Ireland.
