**Job Title:** Team Leader, Part Time


Job Description:

The role of a team leader in our store is to create great customer experiences and drive commercial success. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting your Store Manager, keeping the team motivated, and ensuring every customer leaves with what they came for.


When not supervised by their Store Manager, team leaders step up and maintain smooth operations with confidence and care. They play a crucial part in day-to-day store activities—creating an excellent atmosphere for customers and driving business forward.

2. A positive attitude accompanied by energy and enthusiasm
