A leading corporate organisation in Dublin City Centre is looking for aMarketing & Events Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on building relationships, delivering high-quality client events, and driving business growth through creative marketing and business development initiatives.
What You'll Do:
* Lead the planning and execution of client-facing events that make an impact
* Identify new business opportunities through market and sector research
* Develop and implement tailored marketing and business development strategies
* Prepare compelling pitches, proposals, and client materials
* Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth
* Manage, coach, and inspire junior team members
* Ensure marketing and events align with overall client and business strategy
Who You Are:
* 7+ years' experience in marketing or business development, ideally in a corporate or professional services environment
* Proven experience managing and mentoring a team
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering results
* Experienced in event-led business development campaigns
* Excellent communicator with strong project management and writing skills
* Comfortable using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data to drive decisions
