Qualifications
Hold a relevant childcare qualification minimum Level 6 QQI (Preferably Level 7/8)
Be able to implement our care programme
Have knowledge of working with the Aistear & Siolta framework
Responsibilities
Be a team player – Leader has experience of managing a team
Be naturally warm and respectful towards children & the children’s needs
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Have an ability to work in partnership with other Educators
