Wilsons Auctions, the largest independently owned auction group in the Ireland & UK, is expanding, and our Dublin Branch is looking for a driven Vehicle Department Sales Executive to join our fastpaced, customerfocused team.

What You'll Do
Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with both buyers and sellers - you'll be their trusted point of contact.
Deliver exceptional customer service, communicating confidently in person, by phone and email.
Manage the full vehicle sales & auction journey - valuation, lotting, preparation, catalogue accuracy, sale day activity, and postsale followthrough.
Ensure all sales activity meets internal processes and auction timelines - accuracy and speed matter.
Work closely with senior management and internal teams across ROI & the UK, ensuring smooth coordination and strong results.
Liaise with the Marketing Team to support weekly sales promotions and highlight key stock.
Represent the business professionally - be a visible ambassador for the Vehicle Department.
Be confident and comfortable using technology and IT systems to manage entries, communication, and reporting.

What You'll Bring (Essential)
A full clean driving licence held for 3+ years and willingness to travel as needed.
At least 1 years' experience in a client/customerfacing role - motor trade background desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot and develop new business opportunities.
Desirable Skills
Strong IT proficiency.
A flexible approach to working hours - occasional evening work may be required.
A professional, outgoing, peoplefocused approach - able to engage confidently at all levels.

Monday to Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
