Job Type: month to month initial contract Full time: 35 hours, Monday-Friday, 9-5 Pay rate: €***** - €***** per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience and the relevant grade Available for start from January **** Role Purpose: We are seeking versatile and highly organised administrative professionals to support a range of functions including personal assistance, medical and legal administration, general office support, accounts, and HR.
The ideal candidates will be adaptable, detail-focused, and able to manage varying workloads across diary management, document preparation, record keeping, communication handling, and coordination tasks.
Essential Requirements: -Previous experience of minute taking at meetings -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within a healthcare or hospital environment -High level of accuracy and attention to detail -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Previous experience in SAP, IPMS, IFMS, SharePoint or other relevant computer systems -Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment Please apply with your updated CV asap.
