Property Summary

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth and efficient management of the assigned Front Office outlets
Accurately manage reservations, requests and liaise with other departments for special requests
Consistently deliver the highest standards of luxury to guests
Communicate the Hotel's Vision and Mission to the team
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of service areas (front and back of house)
Control ambience in departments (lighting, music and temperature)
Report defective materials and equipment to the appropriate departments
Implement all new initiatives within agreed timelines
Provide management presence during peak service times
Maintain a high standard of security throughout the Hotel
Act on guest feedback promptly and ensure actions prevent recurrence
Achieve departmental sales in line with the budget and maintain payroll forecasts
Maintain training records and ensure they are up to date
Process floats, cash and credit card handling accurately
Ensure all team members adhere to the Hotel's grooming procedures
Deliver high standards of service and attention to detail within your department
Adopt a flexible work schedule to support uninterrupted Guest service and maintain team flexibility
Provide support where necessary in other areas of the Hotel
Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and team members are trained accordingly
Establish and maintain good working relationships with staff and Management
Promote and upsell the Hotel's facilities across all departments
Report incidents, accidents or damage and handle customer complaints professionally
Identify and develop key team members, and produce a succession plan with Human Resources
Train all team members to uphold the highest standards of luxury for guests
Requirements
Experience using HotSoft
Previous work as a Receptionist, Reception Supervisor or Assistant Reception Manager
High level of written and spoken Business English competencies
Eligibility to work in Ireland
Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
