Dynamic Retail Leadership Opportunity
This role presents a chance to take on a pivotal position in a premium retail store, supporting the Store Manager and driving sales performance through exceptional service and effective Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and team leadership
* Driving sales performance through exceptional service and effective KPI management
* Leading by example on the shop floor, engaging with customers and motivating the team
* Assisting in staff training, development, and performance reviews
* Overseeing stock control, visual merchandising, and store standards
About You:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an Assistant Manager or senior supervisory role, preferably in fashion retail
* A strong sales focus with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
* Confident leadership skills, excellent communication and coaching abilities
* Organisation, commercial awareness, and the capacity to work under pressure
* A positive attitude and a passion for retail
