Salary: €32,000 - €35,000 depending on experience

Your new role includes:
* Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
* Processing incoming orders and help customers with order enquiries.
* Processing invoices and assisting with the accounts function.
* Maintaining accurate and organized document filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
* Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff, facilitating efficient time management.
Experience you need:
* Proven experience as an administrator, ideally coming from construction industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and office management software.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
