Qualified Accountant - FMCG - Limerick- 5 days in the office Reporting to the FD on site, your duties will include: Preparation of monthly management accounts, including gross margin. Maintain and reconcile the balance sheets, ensuring accuracy at each month-end. Oversee the fixed asset register and associated controls. Detailed analysis of business unit performance, investigating variances against budget and prior year. Assist in the preparation and presentation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insightful variance analysis. Support the Finance Director in preparing financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales, admin) to ensure financial targets are met and costs are controlled. Provide oversight of our monthly and fortnightly payroll. The ideal candidate: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Min 5 years' experience in management accounting, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Excel and financial management systems.
