Marketing ExecutiveCREGG are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our client's team in Galway in this standalone role. This B2B Marketing Executive will lead owned and earned media opportunities in Ireland and across Europe, driving pipeline and sales-qualified lead (SQL) growth across the region. The Marketing Executive will report and work closely with the MD for Europe and the company's US based Marketing team to ensure alignment on brand, messaging, and demand-generation strategies.Key Responsibilities:Regional Marketing Leadership: Plan, execute, and optimise Europe-specific B2B marketing initiatives to drive SQL growth.Owned & Earned Media: Manage and expand presence across social media platforms, company blog, email newsletters, PR, and thought leadership opportunities.Content & Campaign Development: Localise and tailor content and campaigns for the European market in collaboration with global marketing.Event Marketing: Execute and support field events, webinars, conferences, and partner activations to generate demand and increase brand awareness.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with US-based marketing and sales teams, ensuring integrated execution and shared pipeline goals.Tools & Technology: Leverage HubSpot for campaign execution and reporting, WordPress CMS, social media management tools, and design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Intent & Data-Driven Marketing: Utilize ZoomInfo and intent-based marketing approaches to identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential accounts.Performance Tracking: Measure and report on campaign and channel effectiveness, using data insights to continuously improve SQL performance.Qualifications and Skills:5–10 years of B2B marketing experience, with emphasis on owned and earned media.Demonstrated ability to drive SQL growth and pipeline impact in European markets.Experience in content marketing, social media, and event marketing.Proficiency in HubSpot, WordPress, social media platforms, and design tools.Familiarity with ZoomInfo and intent-based marketing approaches a strong plus.Excellent project management and organisational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives across geographies.Background in or marketing to HR, L&D, or IT audiences highly desirable.Collaborative mindset with experience working across regional and global teams.For more information, please contact Gary ) with your CV.Please be aware that your CV will not be shared with anyone outside of CREGG without your express permission.GC – 11280
