Our client provide specialised consultancy services and have a new requirement in finance due to ongoing growth. They are based in North Dublin and will operate on a hybrid basis. Responsibilities will include: Accounts Payable Bank account management Petty Cash management Accounts Receivable Billing Journal postings Tax and Statutory returns Detailed reconciliations across multiple bank accounts Internal audit checks of other finance offices Preparing payment runs Assisting in the preparation of financial accounts and corporate administration Complete other tasks and administrative duties as requested Involvement in year end Answer member queries The ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years' experience in a busy finance function Excellent communication skills fully fluent written and spoken English essential Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to prioritise and to work to deadlines Strong organisational skills and efficiency with excellent attention to detail This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation at a time of exciting expansion and development where you will be given every opportunity to progress your experience.
