Role Summary:
The Talent & Engagement team leads the performance, development, and progression of over 650 people and play a key influential role in the overall success of the Brand. The T&E Team is looking to recruit a T&E Admin on a permanent contract, with a requirement to attend our Brand Centre office a minimum of 4 days a week.
As a T&E Admin you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the Talent & Engagement department, supporting our employees in various ways for the full employee lifecycle, continuously seeking opportunities to increase efficiency, and improve the employee experience. You will be a key asset in ensuring that the T&E team deliver exceptional results through provision of best-in-class talent, to facilitate the execution of our business strategy in line with our core brand values.
Role Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring
* Job posting, CV screening, Interview coordination
* Interview feedback, reference checking, offers and contract generation
* Maintenance of new starter trackers and HR files compliance
Engagement
* Coordinate engagement events and initiatives
* Suggest ideas for Brand Engagement
* Track engagement calendar of events & highlight key activities coming up
* Maintain engagement tracker & calendar for incentives throughout the year
* Help to manage the logistics of gifts from our Fulfilment Centre/supplier to store or team homes
* Raise PO's in accordance with invoices
* Prompt reviews on external platforms such as: Indeed and Glassdoor
* Organise Card, Flowers & Baby shoes for new parents
* Owning of our Internal Instagram account
Learning & Development
* Schedule online modules or events for relevant levels on behalf of the Trainer
* Pull reports to track L&D platform performance and module feedback.
* Track team compliance & update leader boards as required
* Remove/add or update team records
* Keeping up to date with product launching and updating the L&D Platform to drive product knowledge within the Store Teams
* Coordinate with relevant teams on any I.T. requirements for new starters
* Prepare & send out new starter packs
* Update the Onboarding Tracker and make sure process is as smooth as possible
* Support the scheduling of onboarding meetings
* Managing offboarding processes for departing employees
* Maintain offboarding leaver tracking
* Pull exit surveys & reformat template to share with the Exit Interview host
Employee Relations
* Coordination of investigation/disciplinary meeting, note taking, preparation of documentation
* Coordinating performance review meetings and documentation
* Track and monitor probations including admin, e.g. successful probation letters
* Update and maintaining the Brand's Org Chart
* Maintaining Brand Centre and Store Annual Leave system
* Assisting employees with benefits enrolment and questions
* Complete Mortgage, Maternity/Paternity & Social Welfare forms
* Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with HR best practice
* Assisting with payroll tracking, processing and deadlines
* Maintain payroll records and documentation
* Exit interviews coordination
Key Requirements:
* Third level qualification in HR or a Business-related discipline
* CIPD qualified or working towards same
* Previous experience in Recruitment or HR admin desirable
* High standard of computing skills including Microsoft Office
