About the Role
We're partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company with strong ARR and 200+ customers across Ireland, the UK, and internationally. They are now looking to hire a Senior Account Executive to take ownership of the sales function from the founder. This is a chance to step into a proven, fast-moving SaaS environment, selling into the construction sector with strong inbound flow and an established SDR in place.
You'll be responsible for running demos, closing deals, and hitting ambitious but achievable revenue targets — while laying the foundation for a future sales team around you.
What You'll Do
* Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close (c.1-month sales cycle).
* Convert ~25 inbound and outbound demos per month,
* Leverage SDR support (in place for 2+ years) plus your own outbound efforts to generate opportunities.
* Use tools research and prospect into target accounts.
* Sell primarily into SMB construction contractors, developers, and suppliers (not large enterprise).
* Run video demos and manage a consultative sales process focused on solving customer pain points.
What We're Looking For
* Track record of closing B2B SaaS deals — ideally selling into the construction or similar sectors
* Either direct experience
in
construction or selling to contractors/developers in SMB markets.
* Strong understanding of project management, estimating, job costing or construction technology software.
* Comfortable working in a start-up/scale-up environment — hands-on, resilient, and commercially driven.
* Proven ability to consistently hit and exceed sales targets.
* Excellent communication skills for consultative demos and relationship building.
