Are a well-established maintenance services contractor providing electrical and mechanical support to a wide range of commercial and industrial clients across Ireland are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their Midlands based team.
About Your New Role
They are seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician or Plumber to join the team and work on a retail client contract based in the Midlands of Ireland.
The successful candidate will carry out a variety of reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks across the clients sites, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
This is a mobile role, requiring flexibility to travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical / mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs across commercial and industrial client sites.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with schedules.
Respond promptly to reactive maintenance calls and ensure timely resolution.
Assist with small electrical installations and project works.
Ensure all works are completed safely and in compliance with regulations.
What Skills You Need
Fully qualified electrician or plumber with FETAC Level 6 craft certificate (or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in maintenance or facilities management.
Valid RECI certification and Safe Pass.
Full, clean driving license (essential).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
