Job opportunity for experienced Document Controller with Construction Company working across various projects in Greater Dublin area for different sectors including civil, residential, commercial and industrial. Role is central to managing and maintaining documentation of projects throughout phases, ensuring documents are controlled, tracked, distributed and achieved in line with regulation, standards and expectations of client.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up document control systems for projects.
* Manage and handle lifecycle of documentation.
* Maintain version control of procedures.
* Coordinate with stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate up to date documentation.
* Ensure documentation availability for audits etc.
* Support Project handover.
Skills
* Document management system proficiency (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, Procore).
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage high volumes under deadlines.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external teams.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience
* 2+ years in document control, ideally in construction, engineering.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and document control procedures beneficial.
