As Operations Manager you will report to the General Manager, guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide strategic support to the General Manager for all hotel operations.
* Directly lead the heads of departments.
* Ensure that all staff are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver excellence in service.
* Lead succession planning – development and continuous learning of hotel staff.
* Ensure the best level of customer care within the property.
* Support profitability and cost management of the hotel.
What You Will Need
* 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a hotel or customer‑focused environment.
* Creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
* Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment.
* Sales‑focused, target‑driven, and results‑oriented.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
* Confident, ambitious, and proactive approach.
