We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a Sales and Business Development role in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be results-driven.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve annual sales targets by growing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
* Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strategies to increase revenue
* Produce regular sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
* Represent the company as a brand ambassador and promote its services to potential clients
* Analyse market trends to stay ahead of the competition
* Collaborate with the Director of Sales to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* A team player with a positive attitude and a hunger to find new business opportunities
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
