This role requires a strong understanding of QQI Level 7 BA in Applied Social Studies, Social Care or equivalent qualifications. A management qualification in Health/Social Care, along with 3 years' experience in supervisory/management capacity, is also essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions based on current legislation and best practice.
The successful applicant will be responsible for assessing situations and taking appropriate action, ensuring the needs of the service and those we support are met. Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards, as well as local change management, is crucial. A full clean driving license and access to a car are also required.
