The Company

Kevin O'Leary Group is a well-established family-owned Retail Group and leading employer in Munster and operate in a diverse business range including:

Today Kevin O'Leary Group operates its Opel, Honda, Suzuki, Mazda, Renault and Dacia franchises in Cork City & County and Tipperary, and a very successful high volume used car retail business. We also operate a contract lease and fleet management company Hi-Line Leasing, four Serviceworld multi-brand Service Centres and two Approved Light Commercial Vehicle Test Centres.

The Group employs over 170 people across these sites, with Head Office functions in Bandon, Co. Cork and Silversprings, Cork City and is over 60 years in business.

Role and Location

Kevin O'Leary Group is currently seeing a Vehicle Sales Administrator. The role is based in Kevin O'Leary, Silversprings, Cork a busy retail Sales and Aftersales business.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Registering new vehicles and performing change of ownership on Revenue systems, vehicle invoicing, retailing and all associated administrative duties.
* Retaining ownership of each individual transaction until all aspects of the administration process are fully complete to meet exacting audit standards.
* Detailed inspection of data accuracy in orders and invoices, including processing invoices and credit notes.
* Bringing any problems or situations which affect the smooth running of processes to the attention of the Department Managers.
* The role also involves recording, tracking and follow-up of claims to manufacturers for financial incentives.
* This role will include aspects of CRM database management. Experience in this area is a strong advantage.
* Accurate processing and coding of Processing Supplier invoices.
* Ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

The Person

The successful candidate will have/be:

* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Positive energy and attitude.
* Want to work in an operational environment.
* Be efficient with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication, time management and administration skills.
* Adopt a hands-on approach and assist others when required.
* Possess strong administrative and Strong IT skills including - MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Experience and understanding of administration practices.
* Experience of Keyloop is a distinct advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
