Secure Software Development and Engineering Leadership Role
This leadership role focuses on integrating secure development practices across the entire SDLC in both cloud and on-prem environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines using modern automation and guardrails, architecting a secure software development process.
* Develop secure frameworks and SDKs to enable frictionless adoption of security controls.
* Maintain up-to-date secure coding standards tailored to our technology stack.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a bridge between Security, Engineering, and Product teams to align on secure architecture and SDLC practices. Provide technical guidance and support for compliance initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in application security, software engineering, or related technical security roles.
* Proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
