Nike Kildare is looking for a Service-focused Floor Manager to join our team and provide world‑class service to the consumer. In this role you will deliver exceptional consumer service, coordinate, coach, and motivate employees, manage daily business operations, and support sales targets across digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor, and promotional campaigns.
You will support cross‑functional responsibilities across three core business areas: Commercial, Athlete Experience, and Consumer Experience. Your initiatives will focus on product journey, inventory accuracy, athlete engagement, brand knowledge, and use of data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
COMMERCIAL
Leading a team that can deliver efficient product receiving, inventory accuracy, and visual presentation standards.
Ensuring the smooth process of all inventories to maintain a full, presentable sales floor that meets brand standards.
Working alongside department leads who oversee individual components while you oversee the overall product journey in store.
Being responsible for monthly initiative launches.
Using reporting tools to make the best commercial decisions.
Achieving accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders.
Athlete Experience
Ensuring the team is equipped to deliver the highest quality athlete experience.
Leading team engagement on NIKE Community Ambassador activities.
Partnering with senior store leadership to oversee hiring processes, including onboarding.
Being responsible for store scheduling.
Working collaboratively with the store team to implement and maintain a positive NIKE culture.
Consumer Experience
Leading by example and delivering sales floor service, bringing the consumer journey to life.
Ensuring the team is equipped with brand knowledge regarding all aspects of consumer service, including digital service enablers.
Completing specific training and sharing completion with athlete services.
Using data and analytics to provide insights and partner with senior store leadership to achieve continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Four years of customer service and/or retail experience, at least one year in a Floor Manager function.
Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and innovative leader.
Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work shifts and retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
