Job Description:
The Mount Errigal Hotel is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all hotel departments, with a focus on Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of Food & Beverage outlets
* Supervise Meetings & Events operations
* Run functions and banqueting events for 100+ guests
* Maintain HACCP training and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Two years' experience in a similar role
* Extensive knowledge of food and beverage management
* Experience with Front Office / Reception computer systems
* Familiarity with Health & Safety and Fire evacuation procedures
