Seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to join our team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong bookkeeping skills and experience in double-entry accounting to contribute to a dynamic company based in Ireland.
* Process payments, invoices, income, and receipts using accounting software
* Maintain accurate digital records and filing systems
* Prepare and submit VAT returns
* Perform general administrative duties as required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
2. Reconcile bank statements
3. Ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in a bookkeeping role
* Excellent knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
* Experience in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
* Strong understanding of financial regulations
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Strong IT and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
