Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Receptionist/ Administrator located in Douglas, Cork.
The job entails greeting clients, managing phone calls, and handling general office administration tasks.
Duties include managing office supplies, coordinating mail and deliveries, booking appointments, and providing administrative assistance to various departments. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
Qualifications
* 3 years experience as a Receptionist/ Administrator (preferably in a legal setting)
* General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills
* Interpersonal Skills and Telephone Manner
* Ability to operate standard Office Equipment
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are advantageous
