The Supervisor will primarily be responsible for data file analysis, loading/reconciliation of data migrations and incoming/outgoing file implementation. The role involves dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services. The ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written is essential. The Supervisor role is part of a global conversion team and may be required to support multiple time zones during large projects.ResponsibilitiesAs a core member of our Client Integration team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.You will be involved in leading projects such as client integrations, service delivery changes and sales support.Be responsible for working as a part of a virtual team that assist clients in integrating the Citco services into their environment, employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize riskBe involved in dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund ServicesBe involved in Business Development Support, including working with stakeholders in the development of new clients/business, request for proposal/information assistance, build out of sample portfolios for client pitches and demonstrations and act as the direct source of information to Business Development on vendors/conversion/interfacesProject management, which includes:Incoming file testingInstruct/extract testing and maintenanceStandard and custom extract file development (in house/vendor)Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reportingOMS vendor migrationsSystem set up and coordination with third parties for new fund launchesContribution to development and testing of Citco's technology platformsWork with external vendors to improve quality of files, processes and workflowsAssist with client user setup/permissions and work with existing clients on new requirements and process improvementsBe involved in Administrative Reporting which includes tracking of projects, progress and deadlines on SharePoint, assisting with reporting to senior management and assisting Finance on invoicing for file maintenance and communication chargesQualificationsAbout You:Degree or professional qualification required.3-4 years' experience in financial services more specifically financial markets and the hedge fund industryWorking knowledge of Listed and OTC productsExperience handling fund launchesOMS Vendor Migration.Previous project management experienceBusiness Analysis experienceMiddle office experience - desirableA 'team player' who can work well within the function & deliver a quality serviceExcellent communication and writing skillsOur BenefitsYour wellbeing is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
