We are delighted to announce that we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Athlone Store .
Duties & Responsibilities: Demonstrate a highly determined drive for sales, always leading by example.
Continuously communicate with and motivate the team.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Be the first point of contact for the store when liaising across internal departments.
Coach the team regularly to review and reinforce product knowledge, company policies, and our brand values.
Engage in people management activities in liaison with HR and senior management.
Complete regular reports for senior management.
Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
A proven people manager and team player.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn our in-house systems.
Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Furniture experience is beneficial but not essential.
Ability to use initiative and escalate issues to senior management when appropriate.
