Recruitment Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
About the Role
This is a 36-month contract with possibility of extension. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment campaigns across multiple roles, drafting job advertisements, screening applications and managing shortlisting processes. You will also support interview panels and ensure fair consistent selection practices.
