Job Title: Digital Wellness Strategist
We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute a comprehensive digital wellness strategy that aligns with our organization's corporate wellbeing goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the product vision, driving long-term member engagement, and overseeing the delivery of strategic and commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in wellness programme delivery, including the development and execution of wellbeing propositions (strategy, go-to-market planning, customer engagement). They should possess a strong understanding of workplace wellbeing and scalable preventative health or wellness solutions. Additionally, they must be commercially focused with the ability to leverage health data and analytics to address challenges within the healthcare sector.
The role requires excellent influencing skills with confidence presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders. The individual must also demonstrate alignment with our organizational values while possessing high-quality presentation skills for engaging leadership teams.
