Job Description
* Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for prototypes and applications.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
* Create wireframes, mock‑ups, and design systems to support product development.
* Ensure accessibility and responsive design across platforms (Web, Mobile, Desktop).
* Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional code.
* Streamline user experiences across platforms to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Document design decisions based on business requirements.
* Support internal staff through knowledge transfer sessions.
* Continuously improve user interfaces with a focus on simplicity, usability, and sleek design.
Qualifications
* 4‑6 years experience in Applications Development Lifecycle.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
* Strong online portfolio showcasing UX/UI work.
* Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
* Experience with HTML5, CSS/Sass, and template engines.
* Familiarity with client‑side JavaScript and server‑side JavaScript stacks.
* Experience working with AI tools to enhance the design process.
* Ability to generate efficient front‑end code and collaborate with development teams.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
* Effective communication in English, both oral and written.
