About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across several divisions.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys variety in their work, and has strong organisational and communication skills.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting senior leaders, and assisting with planning, procurement, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative support across multiple teams.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, and events (including room bookings, logistics, and catering).
* Manage diaries and assist in scheduling for senior leaders.
* Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and circulate meeting documentation.
* Assist with procurement activities — raising purchase orders, tracking budgets, and supporting tender processes.
* Coordinate travel and process expense claims.
* Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems in line with data protection requirements.
* Support preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
* Liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
About You
You are an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail, excellent planning skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. You are comfortable supporting several teams, adapting to changing demands, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately.
Essential Experience
* Strong administrative experience in a professional or public sector environment.
* Experience supporting senior leaders or managers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
* Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience managing diaries, organising events, and taking minutes.
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience in a public sector, semi-state, or regulatory body.
* Understanding of procurement or budget processes.
* Familiarity with telecommunications, digital, or technology sectors.
