Job Purpose
:
The sales team is taking a change in direction moving from a Founder led outbound focus to AE led outbound approach to continue expanding our sales funnel and generate revenue. As the Account Executive you will target the SME & Enterprise market and will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting and nurturing, to closing business. The candidate will ideally come from a strong sales background selling into both SME and Enterprise markets but also are open to considering high performers coming from Recruitment backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own and manage a portfolio of self-generated sales opportunities with an associated revenue target
· Familiarising yourself with our software platform and understanding the full 360 sales process
· Prospecting, calling, emailing, and speaking with potential clients. Voice outbound constitutes 80% of our outbound activities so you must demonstrate excellence on cold calling.
· Develop and build the pipeline in line with the sales plan and strategy
· Identify and close commercial opportunities with the prospects in your pipeline, through continued nurturing and relationship building.
· Lead suitable tendering processes and work closely with colleagues across the team, in particular the CEO
· Bring deals to a close in a timely manner consistent with sales quota achievement ensuring all details are captured on the CRM
· A professional and very dynamic person that can adapt to the ever-changing start-up environment
Mandatory Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar end-to-end sales role where outbound voice constitutes at least 80% of your outbound activities (we will seek references from past & previous managers)
2. Strong experience in lead generation and prospecting, including identifying ICP's, acquiring customer and client contact information and pro-actively cold calling them
3. Experience using LinkedIn, CRM, Excel, and Microsoft Office products
4. Clear drive and desire to learn
5. Excellent communicator in both spoken and written English
6. Travel to the office in Dublin 2 at least three days per week
