Job Description:
In this strategic role, you will collaborate closely with senior business leaders and executive officers in the banking sector to comprehend their requirements and provide expert support in addressing complex challenges.
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to drive growth and maximize opportunities. Lead end-to-end projects within banking, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Oversee cross-functional teams comprising business subject matter experts, workstream leads, technical specialists, functional experts, and solution architects to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, risk management, and issue resolution.
Cultivate strong interactions with senior stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Create and maintain project plans and artifacts, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking. Provide input on proposal development based on your understanding of client needs and industry best practices.
