Receptionist / Junior Case Worker
Abbey Blue Group
Wexford (office-based)
32 hours per week | 4 days per week
€14.20 per hour
Abbey Blue Group is continuing to grow, and we're looking for a Receptionist / Junior Case Worker to join our Wexford office.
This role sits right at the centre of the business. You'll be the first point of contact for clients while also supporting our immigration and company formation teams with day-to-day casework and administration.
It's a practical, hands-on role. Some days are structured and steady. Others are busy and fast-moving. If you like being involved, organised, and part of a team rather than working remotely or in isolation, this tends to suit people well.
What you'll be doing
• Answering phones and welcoming clients in a professional, friendly manner
• Managing reception duties and general office tasks
• Assisting with company formation administration
• Supporting immigration casework, including:
• Filing and organising documents
• Helping collect information from clients
• Providing updates to clients on ongoing applications
• Supporting senior case workers so applications are completed efficiently
• Keeping records, files, and internal systems accurate and up to date
What we're looking for
• Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy office environment
• A calm, professional approach when dealing with clients
• Previous admin, reception, or legal/immigration experience is an advantage, but not essential
• A genuine willingness to learn and develop over time
Training, progression & career pathway
• Six-month probation period
• Full training and ongoing support provided as no one is expected to know everything from day one
• After probation, there is ongoing scope for upskilling, development, and progression
• While progression is not guaranteed, a typical pathway within the group may look like:
Receptionist / Junior Case Worker → Case Worker → Senior Case Worker
• Opportunities may also arise to move into different roles across the group, depending on performance, interest, and business needs
Important note on eligibility
• Work permits are not supported for this role
• Applicants must already have open permission to work in Ireland
• This is a fully office-based role with set working days and hours
Why Abbey Blue Group?
• A growing, well-established group with multiple service lines
• Hands-on exposure to immigration and company formation work
• Supportive team environment with experienced professionals
• A role with genuine long-term potential for the right person
