Plant Operations Role
This position involves working on plant maintenance and large-scale plant improvement projects.
Main Responsibilities
* Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless plant operations
* Leading and managing specific plant process areas with focus on optimal performance
* Ensuring thorough preventive and predictive maintenance is performed consistently
* Planning and executing major shutdowns/overhauls to minimize downtime
* Effective management of contractors on site for various projects
* Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly to maximize plant availability
Languages and Skills Required
* Mechanical engineering degree in mechanical design
* Proficient IT skills including MS Office and Autocad
* Strong analytical skills with ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
