This role offers a dynamic mix of administration, bookkeeping, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities: Office management, reception duties & document preparation (copy & audio).
Support for sales, training, and event coordination, including conferences.
Manage boardroom, outbound mail & membership communications.
Maintain administrative SOPs & assist with general office tasks.
Bookkeeping: Lodgements, petty cash, invoicing, credit notes, and debtor collection.
Requirements: Proficiency in Zoho, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook.
Experience with Bank of Ireland BOL, Payments Plus & File Gateway.
Strong multitasking, communication & organizational skills.
Desirable: SEO knowledge, website admin & SurveyMonkey experience.
