As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the installation and operation of automated coffee machines across retailers throughout Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
\\\\
\\\\
* Installation & Operational Excellence: Coordinate and manage the installation of automated coffee machines with third-party agencies in various locations, ensuring timely and efficient setup.
\\\\
* Maintain a comprehensive database with the location, status, and performance of coffee machines across different stores.
\\\\
* Communicate installation plans, timelines, and requirements to internal teams, third-party agencies, and store managers to ensure a smooth installation process
\\\\
* Provide in-store training on equipment use and troubleshooting support during and after installs
\\\\
* Conduct regular Coffee Excellence audits in stores and share insights to drive operational improvements.
\\\\
* Stock Management & Ordering: Oversee the effective management of Frank & Honest consumables and stock levels in-store, conducting regular stock takes.
\\\\
* Ensure store personnel are trained on stock control by registering on the Musgrave Institute.
\\\\
* Work closely with store teams to manage day-to-day stock control and automated ordering.
\\\\
* Implement best practices for waste management within the stores.
\\\\
* Rollout Support: Assist the Finance and MNI sales teams with the sign-up process for all Frank & Honest agreements.
\\\\
* Collaborate with the F&H Financial Analyst, providing updates on roll-out plans, changes, and budget status.
\\\\
* Ensure all required point-of-sale materials and digital tools are available for installations and upgrades.
\\\\
* Provide on-site support for all installations across Northern Ireland.
\\\\
* Manage purchase orders through I-Procurement, ensuring smooth processing.
\\\\
* Coordinate installation plans, machine relocations, removals, and pre/post-installation administration to ensure asset records are up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
\\\\
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a competitive sales environment, ideally within retail, foodservice, or the coffee sector.
\\\\
* Proven experience working with third-party suppliers and technical teams.
\\\\
* Expertise in stock forecasting in line with rollout plans.
\\\\
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (cell formatting, formulas, data validation), and experience with Word, Power Point, and Teams.
\\\\
* A solid track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
\\\\
* Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
\\\\
* Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
\\\\
* Keen attention to detail, especially in machine data accuracy.
\\\\
* Methodical problem-solving skills with the ability to address both proactive and reactive business needs.
\\\\
* Customer-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
