About This Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to lead our residential service team. As Residential Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of development and operational delivery of our respite service.
* Leading a team and coordinating activities within their services
* Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including safeguarding and protection of residents and tenants
* Identifying and implementing an integrated approach to service delivery across our suite of services in the network area
This role involves ensuring that the service delivered meets the identified needs and wishes of the people we support. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement and embed national/international best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring quality and safety is at the forefront of service provision
* Identifying, analysing and managing high-level operational risks
* Leading and directing operational staff to ensure robust people management principles are embedded
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and embedding national/international best practice
* Ensuring that the service delivered meets the identified needs and wishes of the people we support
Requirements:
* Full driving license
* Flexibility in working hours due to the nature of respite delivery
* Project management and people management skills
* MAPA training and safeguarding training
