As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs and technology delivery. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood, translated into implementable solutions, and delivered with measurable value.
You will holistically analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design effective solutions while balancing business value, cost, and feasibility. This role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and leadership in driving complex initiatives to successful delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder & Requirements Management
* Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams
* Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
* Capture and define requirements using epics, user stories, and feature specifications
* Collaborate on prototypes to clarify and validate requirements
* Manage feedback loops and resolve conflicting stakeholder needs
Business Analysis & Solution Design
* Analyze business processes end-to-end and identify process improvement opportunities
* Define scope, dependencies, and impacts of change initiatives
* Produce clear, structured, and implementable feature descriptions
* Evaluate trade-offs between business value, cost, risk, and feasibility
* Develop solution options and recommend optimal approaches
Delivery Support & Execution
* Align with internal teams on effort estimation and implementation planning
* Present solutions, scope, effort, and pricing to clients
* Secure formal stakeholder sign-off on requirements
* Support development teams during delivery by clarifying requirements and resolving issues
* Ensure delivery aligns with timelines and agreed scope
Quality, Testing & Release
* Collaborate with QA teams to define test scope and test cases
* Support validation of implemented functionality against requirements
* Participate in release planning and delivery communications
* Demonstrate delivered features to clients and collect structured feedback
* Support user documentation and end-user communication
Continuous Improvement
* Track Agile/Scrum best practices and industry trends
* Improve BA processes, documentation standards, and delivery frameworks
* Proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
Experience & Background
* 10+ years experience as a Business Analyst in software development
* Degree in Business, IT, or related field
* Proven delivery track record in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
* Consulting background strongly preferred
* Experience working with US-based teams and daily US timezone overlap
