Job Overview
The Head of Foodservice and Workplace is a dynamic leadership role responsible for driving growth and profitability across the Foodservice and Workplace sector in Ireland. You will lead a team of 10 Key and National Account Managers, providing strategic direction and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement strategies that increase market share, volume, and value across all accounts, including canteens, fast-food outlets, cinemas, offices, and vending solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the Foodservice & Workplace strategy to drive growth and profitability.
* Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality and operational standards.
* P&L Ownership: Ownership of your sub-channels numbers end-to-end, from delivery of your Forecast accuracy target and delivery of the correct shape P&L to EBIT.
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Embedding a culture of growth.
* Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Build an extensive prospect customer pipeline, managing through both team and self, the conversion to trading customer.
* Product Development: Collaborate with R&D to innovate and enhance the product offerings.
* Budget Management: Manage the division's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and financial performance.
* Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards, along with compliance to internal business policies.

Experience

Education
A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, finance, or a related field is desirable, but ensuring you have the skills and experience will be essential for this role.
