We are seeking a professional and proactive administrator to join the team as an Executive & Communications Support Officer.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day admin support for events taking place between specific periods.
* Assist in the development of communications frameworks for print, photography, and video.
* Help with the setup, running, and wrap-up of events - both front of house and behind the scenes.
* Manage documents and support project coordination using Microsoft Office tools.
* Support procurement tasks and ensure timely reporting and communications.
Requirements
* Strong administrative skills and a high level of organisation.
* Experience with Microsoft Office - particularly Excel, Forms, and SharePoint.
* Confident communicator who can interact across teams and with the public.
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced setting.
* Willingness to pitch in during busy events - setting up, hosting, and closing down.
* Familiarity with public procurement processes (desirable but not essential).
* Ability to juggle multiple deadlines with professionalism and poise.
