The role of Senior Service Delivery Manager involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to children, young people, and families.
This position requires a senior manager with experience in leading and managing service delivery teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic plans, managing budgets, and representing the organisation in various settings.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the delivery of children and families services at a senior management level.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery and achieve organisational goals.
* Manage and monitor budgets to ensure effective financial management.
* Represent the organisation in various settings, including meetings with funders and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Youth and Community, Social Science, Child Care, Psychology or related field.
* At least five years' experience in leading and managing service delivery teams.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
